We accept auto accident and workers compensation cases.  We are network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota (Aware plans).  We will provide a walk out receipt to patients with the necessary information that is necessary for patients to submit to their private major medical insurance carrier. 

We also offer payment plans through Care Credit that can allow monthly payments set at your budget level.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover credit cards, cash or personal checks.
